RAS Development LLC plans, builds, and manages residential and commercial properties across Boston, with a permanent base in the neighborhood we serve. We carry projects from site acquisition through occupancy — and stand behind them after the ribbon comes down.
About Us
RAS Development LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company headquartered at 2225 Washington Street in Roxbury, one of Boston's oldest and most actively revitalizing neighborhoods. The firm was formed to bring disciplined project delivery — the scheduling, budgeting, and permitting rigor of a larger contractor — to development work that is, at its core, local and relational.
Our work spans the full lifecycle of a property: evaluating a site's feasibility, coordinating design and permitting with the City of Boston, managing construction in the field, and supporting owners through occupancy and long-term stewardship. Because our office sits inside the community we build in, we are able to move quickly on local opportunities while keeping every project accountable to the standards of a registered corporate entity operating in good standing under Massachusetts law.
We work directly with property owners, investors, and institutional partners who need a development team that treats a project in Roxbury with the same rigor as one downtown — and who can be reached, in person, at the address where the work happens.

Services
Every engagement is scoped, documented, and delivered by the same in-house team — no hand-offs between the sheet that's planned and the building that gets built.
Ground-up and adaptive-reuse delivery of single-family and multi-family residential properties, from land acquisition and entitlement through final occupancy.
Planning and construction of retail, office, and mixed-use properties designed to serve neighborhood commercial corridors and long-term tenant needs.
On-site oversight, subcontractor coordination, and budget and schedule management, keeping every phase of construction on plan and on record.
Feasibility studies, site evaluation, and zoning and permitting guidance for property owners and investors weighing a development opportunity.
We do not subcontract accountability. From the first feasibility conversation to closeout, the point of contact stays the same.
